Handwheel

The system supports three modes of operation: automatic mode, manual mode, and reference point mode.The hand wheel mode is a feed mode in manual mode.In hand wheel mode, the user can control the machine movement through the handwheel.In a CNC system equipped with a hand wheel, the user can use the hand wheel to control the machine movement or enable the hand wheel steering function.

The hand wheel is an optional CNC system accessory.The appearance of the product is shown below.

Axis selection button: Select the axis that you want to control the movement of.

Fear selection button: select the hand wheel ratio gear.

The hand wheel doubling gear specifies the number of pulses from the system to the machine tool for each rotation of the hand wheel.Combined with the pulse equivalent, the displacement amount (linear displacement or rotation angle) of the moving part of the machine tool is obtained.

Rotate the dashboard: controls the movement of the selected axis.
