Laser Height Measurement System

The laser sensor scanning height test is measured in non-contact mode before cutting, that is, the scanning height test is calculated before the loading of the knife road file. Subsequently, the cutting head height is automatically adjusted during the processing process to keep the cutting nozzle from the upper surface of the workpiece material to ensure the cutting accuracy.

Non-contact method will not cause material deformation, will not scratch the material surface, surface leveling rules materials and surface uneven materials are applicable.
